National Frequency Allocation

Exclusive authority over radio spectrum allocation from 9kHz to 300GHz, including strategic auctioning of 5G and 6G bands to commercial operators under strict national interest guidelines.

Submarine Cable Security

Designating landing stations in the Red Sea and Mediterranean as "Critical National Infrastructure" (CNI Category A), subject to Council oversight and military-grade protection.

Data Sovereignty

Enforcing regulatory frameworks mandating storage of sensitive citizen data (Financial, Health, Government) within physical servers on sovereign soil. Cross-border transfers require Council authorization.
